Katie Hopkins has decided
to look at the Ebola outbreak in a positive way and says that it's a
great way to deal with population overcrowding.
The former Apprentice candidate, 38, took
to Twitter to air her controversial opinion – even going as far as to
say she 'admired' the killer disease. She wrote: "I rather admire the efficiency of Ebola. From a Malthusian and marketing perspective, it is beyond reproach."
Opinions on Katie's tweet were divided, with one user blasting: "You repulsive piece of sh*t! Wonder if a member of your family got the disease would you still feel the same?"
Despite the hate she received for her comment, Katie still managed to poke fun at herself later on.
She tweeted: "If I did get Ebola and start bleeding from the eyeballs, I fear many would imagine that is normal for the Hopkins."
Meanwhile, Katie hit back at Lord Alan Sugar who this week slammed her and fellow former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman.
The businessman hit out at Katie and Luisa, saying he didn't approve of people using The Apprentice to launch themselves as celebrities.
He said: "They'd go to the opening of an envelope if they got an invitation. They have their Andy Warhol moment, thinking it's going to make them famous, but very few have actually succeeded. Before long they're of no interest to anybody."
But Katie brushed his comments off, sassily tweeting: "Today @TheLuluLife [Luisa Zissman] and I are off to the opening of an envelope. Happily for us, the envelope contains contracts for work & income. Result."
