Jennifer Aniston gifted her husband Justin Theroux the most meaningful wedding present
imaginable: twins! The newlyweds are expecting after over a year of unsuccessful in vitro fertilization attempts.
“It’s heartbreaking to go through all that and still not get a baby at the end of it,” a source revealed to OK! magazine of the couple’s longtime struggle to conceive. “Jen was so concerned that it would never happen that she had kind of convinced herself she’d be happy even if motherhood wasn’t in her future.”
he Friends alum received the good news from her doctor only days after the embryos were implanted. She told her longtime love over a romantic dinner. “Afterward she told him that she had a special surprise,” the insider revealed. “Then she showed him the test results. He was very emotional – he actually cried a little! Jen was so touched.”
Although Jen and Justin joked about having “double trouble” with twins, they were delighted because the Cake actress’ “advanced” age helped them decide to only have one child.
But Justin will be outnumbered in the house, as the couple is expecting twin girls! “She was even more excited,” the source confessed when Jen found out the news.
Although the actress isn’t far along, she already has the names Lila and Ava picked out. The latter is in honor of her icon, Ava Gardner.
